What Happens After I Make My Payment?

1. Sign Listing Agreement – A completed listing agreement with your information will be emailed to you for electronic signature. (DocuSign)
2. Submit Your Photos – You will email your photos for to be posted on the MLS (up to 35). Email to info@sodire.com, please put your “full address” as the subject line.
3. Your Listing Activated – Your listing will be activated in the local MLS within 48 hours after all paperwork and photos are submitted. Your listing will also be ported to Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com and many other marketing websites.
