Different Sellers have different needs when it comes to listing their property for sale. Below are three listing packages that we offer, and the services provided for each package. We can also create a personalized package that fit your needs, so please give us a call for a consultation.

SILVER

$395.00 Flat Listing Fee

List My Property

  • Limited Service Listing agreement where Broker’s only service is to place property on the MLS and make changes to listing when requested by Seller.
  • List property on local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for 6 months.
  • Listing will be on Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Homes.com and many other online marketing websites.
  • Seller may cancel at any time or revise current listing.
  • Seller will provide up to 30 photos for MLS and online advertisements.
  • Seller’s contact information will be on the MLS and online ads.
  • Seller is solely responsible for: scheduling and conducting all showings; negotiate his/her own contracts; responsible for hiring a title agent and/or attorney for the closing of the property.
  • Seller to pay Buyer’s Broker commission if any, (Seller’s option commission amount).

 

Additional add-on for Silver Plan:

  • Professional Photos for Listing. $175-$500 depending on size of house.
  • Mailing out “For Sale” Flyers. $150.00 fee + cost of flyers and postage.
  • Virtual Stage Photos for Vacant Homes. $45 per photo.

GOLD

4.5% Broker Commission

List My Property

  • Minimum of 6 months listing agreement.
  • Prepare and present to Seller a comparable market analysis (CMA) of recently sold homes, current pending sales, and active listings in the area, and assist Seller in pricing the property for a successful and fast closing.
  • Place property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Hire a professional photographer and provide beautiful professional photos of the interior and exterior of the property. Edit and photoshop for full advertisement.
  • Webpage/link for property with property’s information and photos.
  • Place “For Sale” sign on property (when permitted by city/home owner association.)
  • Online marketing on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and many other online marketing websites.
  • Place electronic lock box on property for showings or Seller will be present to show property.
  • Present all offers and assist Seller with contracts, negotiations, and closing procedures.
  • Weekly activity & showing report to Seller.

PLATINUM

  • Prepare and present to Seller a comparable market analysis (CMA) of recently sold homes, current pending sales, and active listings in the area, and assist Seller in pricing the property for a successful and fast closing.
  • Place property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Hire a professional photographer and provide beautiful professional photos of the interior & exterior of the property. Edit and photoshop for full advertisement.
  • Virtual Staging (Up to 8 photos for vacant homes, Optional by Seller).
  • Video walk through of property (Optional by Seller)
  • Webpage/link for property with property’s information & photos.
  • Place “For Sale” sign on property (when permitted by city/home owner association.)
  • Online marketing on Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and many other online marketing websites.
  • Mailing of “For Sale” flyers throughout your community/area through EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail).
  • Be present for showings with Buyer’s Agent (when requested by Seller or Agent may place an electronic lock box for vacant homes.)
  • Open houses (optional by Seller).
  • Be present for inspections and appraisal after property is under contract with a qualified buyer.
  • Present all offers and assist Seller with contracts, negotiations, and closing procedures.
  • Weekly activity and showing report to Seller.
